If you’re worried about your burrito coming loose, use a little guacamole or mayonnaise to seal it. Put a little on your burrito’s end, and it should stick.
Then, when serving, you should place the burrito, so the seam faces down. However, if you’re freezing your burrito, you don’t need to worry about this step.
